  • What about LiSi Fashion's Night Out Event ?

    On Fashions Night Out Sept 6, 2012, LiSi cosmetics invites you to join us for the “Beauty Has Many Faces” event at our flagship store in Soho  - 741 Broadway at Astor place near 8th street.  Enjoy refreshments, good music, mix and mingle and experience LiSi cosmetics, and you could become the new face of beauty for the LiSi brand!

    Contest rules:
    1. Shop for LiSi products during fashions night out at the LiSi flagship store
    2. Tweet via our event hash tag onsite
    3. When you checkout , you will be given an entry form and we will take a photo
    4.  Like us on Facebook, and post a comment about why you like Lisi cosmetics on our timeline within 24 hours of the event, and invite your friends to like LiSi on Facebook and follow us on Twitter
    4. Share photos of the event via instagram (optional)

  • Are the products hypoallergenic?

    LiSI cosmetic products have been formulated to be safe, following the specific guidelines set forth by the CIR (Cosmetic Ingredient Review) using the safest ingredients and only using pigments allowed by the FDA.

    There are no Federal standards or definitions that govern the use of the term "hypoallergenic.". Manufacturers of cosmetics labeled as hypoallergenic are not required to submit substantiation of their hypoallergenicity claims to FDA.

    The term "hypoallergenic" may have had considerable market value years ago among popular make up brands in promoting cosmetic products to consumers on a retail basis, but dermatologists say it has very little meaning. Consumers concerned about allergic reactions from cosmetics should understand one basic fact: there is no such thing as a "nonallergenic" cosmetic--that is, a cosmetic that can be guaranteed never to produce an allergic reaction.   • Where on your items are the ingredients listed?

    With the exception of our nail polish each LIsi item is packaged in its own individual box and all our ingredients are located on our outer boxes. On the nail polish, the ingredients are printed on the back of the bottle.

  • How long has LiSi been in business?

    LiSi is a new brand, with its Flagship store opening in May 2012 in New York city. Our address is 741 Broadway near Astor Place, right off of 8th Street.
  • How can I get an account?

    Simply sign up in our VIP section. You will be asked to create an account and password.
  • Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

    No, you can simply check out as our guest. But, we encourage you to sign up to receive discounts, special coupons and other ‘extras’ only available to LiSI VIP members!
  • What methods of payment does LiSI accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa American Express, and Discover .
  • Can I expedite my order?

    Yes, simply check your shipping method preference during check out.
  • What if my coupon code is not applied properly?

    You will have an opportunity prior to final checkout to review your order and update all information, including discounts and coupons. Once your total is updated and you have reviewed your information, you will be prompted to finalize your order. If you have any problems, simply contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.
  • How long will it take to get the order?

    Generally you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days.
  • How does my order ship?

    We use UPS to ship all orders.
  • How do I apply my discounts?

    You will be prompted during check out to enter any coupon code or discount information.
  • Do you test on animals?

    No, we never test on animals.
  • Where can I buy your products in stores?

    LiSi products are only available at the LiSi Stores, or on our website. For a store near you, see the store locator.
  • Where are the products made?

    Our nail polish is made in the USA. The balance of our lip, eye and face products are all developed, and formulated in the US, then filled and packaged in China.
  • How do I refer a friend?

    Simply click on the ‘tell a friend’ link on our home page and follow the prompts. Each friend you tell about LiSi will receive a coupon for 10% off their first purchase, and every time three of your friends make a purchase you’ll receive a coupon for 20% off!

  • What if I am unhappy with a purchase I made online?

    Simply contact our customer care center, and we will address any issues you have with any of our products! Just click on the Customer Service tab, fill out a brief form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
